HARDCORE WALK TERMS OF USE (EULA)

1. AGREEMENT. These terms are a legal agreement between you and Kanatago AS
("the developer"), publisher of Hardcore Walk, for use of the app. These terms
are concluded between you and the developer only, not with Apple Inc.
("Apple"). The developer, not Apple, is solely responsible for the app and its
content. By installing or using the app you accept these terms. If you do not
agree, do not use the app.

2. LICENSE. You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable
license to use the app on devices you own or control, as permitted by the terms of the store from which you obtained the app.
For Apple devices, this license applies to Apple-branded products you own or
control under the Apple Media Services Usage Rules, including access through
Family Sharing or volume purchasing where applicable. You must comply with applicable third-party agreements when using the app,
including your mobile service and app store terms.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent,
reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the app except as
permitted by law.

3. ACCOUNTS. The app creates an anonymous account on first launch. You may
link it to Apple or Google sign-in to keep progress across devices. You can
delete your account at any time in Settings; deletion is permanent.

4. USER CONTENT AND CONDUCT (ZERO TOLERANCE). The app includes proximity chat
visible to other players. There is ZERO TOLERANCE for objectionable content or
abusive behavior, including harassment, hate speech, slurs, threats, sexual
content, spam, or impersonation. The app provides: automatic filtering of
objectionable language; the ability to REPORT any message (flag icon on a
player's messages); and the ability to BLOCK any user (block button on their
character sheet), which removes their content from your view. Reported content
is reviewed and acted on, with removal of the content and ejection of the
offending user, within 24 hours. The developer may hide messages, suspend, ban,
or delete accounts that violate these rules, at their sole discretion and
without notice. You are responsible for the content you post; do not post
personal data or unlawful content. You must be at least 13 years old (or the
minimum digital-consent age in your country) to use the chat.

5. HEALTH DISCLAIMER. Hardcore Walk is a game, not a medical device, and
provides no medical advice. Step counts come from your device's health
platform and may be inaccurate. Consult a physician before starting an
exercise program. You use the app during physical activity at your own risk;
stay aware of your surroundings.

6. AVAILABILITY. The service may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued at
any time. Rounds, progress, and virtual items have no monetary value.

7. MAINTENANCE AND SUPPORT. The developer, not Apple, is responsible for any
maintenance and support of the app. Apple has no obligation to furnish

8. WARRANTY. The app is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind, to the
maximum extent permitted by law. If the app fails to conform to any applicable
warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if
any); to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty
obligation whatsoever with respect to the app. Any other claims, losses,
liabilities, damages, costs or expenses attributable to a failure to conform
to a warranty are the developer's responsibility.

9. PRODUCT CLAIMS. The developer, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any
claims by you or a third party relating to the app or your possession or use
of it, including: (i) product liability claims; (ii) claims that the app fails
to conform to legal or regulatory requirements; and (iii) claims under
consumer protection, privacy, or similar legislation.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY. In the event of a third-party claim that the app or
your use of it infringes that third party's intellectual property rights, the
developer, not Apple, is solely responsible for the investigation, defense,
settlement and discharge of such claim.

11. LEGAL COMPLIANCE. You represent that you are not located in a country
subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated a "terrorist supporting"
country, and that you are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or
restricted parties.

12. THIRD-PARTY BENEFICIARY. Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party
beneficiaries of these terms, and upon your acceptance, Apple has the right
(and is deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these terms against you
as a third-party beneficiary.

13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the
developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or
punitive damages, or loss of data, arising from your use of the app. Total
liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the last 12 months
(zero for a free app), except where liability cannot be limited by law.

14. TERMINATION. These terms apply until terminated. They terminate
automatically if you breach them; on termination you must stop using the app.
Sections 4 to 13 survive termination.

15. GOVERNING LAW. These terms are governed by the laws of Norway, without
regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protections of your
country of residence remain unaffected.
