Contact [email protected] and we answer within 48 hours. For abusive chat, use the in-app report and block controls; reports are acted on within 24 hours.
Reporting and blocking chat abuse
Every chat message has a report control, and every player has a block control on their character sheet. Reported content is reviewed and acted on, including removal of the content and ejection of the offending user, within 24 hours. Blocking a player removes their content from your view immediately.
Account deletion
Delete your account any time from Settings in the app. Deletion is immediate and permanent.
